Based in North Carolina, Imareefer.com was started in 2006 by a reefer hobbyist named Glinda Cox. In 2009 Imareefer.com partnered with Carolina Aquatics, a Wholesale Distributor of Marine Aquarium Livestock, as a wholesale distribution partner. This partnership made Imareefer.com’s unique marine-aquarium themed apparel available to pet stores and larger online companies.
After 7 successful years of working together, Imareefer.com was purchased by Carolina Aquatics in mid-July, 2016. Imareefer.com will continue to sell wholesale to appropriate vendors and will also sell directly on their website: www.Imareefer.com.
